Matinee Decision

Thinking of catching an afternoon show but I'm torn.  They both look funny in their own way....but I think one of them will be less likely to be remembered when it rolls onto DVD so I might forget to watch it....hmm, OK then.


Instead of Kung Fu Panda 2....I'll be trying to slip out to see the Will Ferrell flick...

Yahtzee: Brink

So the roommate comes back from Gameworks with a copy of Brink, ...used.  First red flag as it had only been out for the weekend.  Anyway he pops it in and things look pretty good as far as character building goes, but then the realization that it's primarily clothes and tattoos sinks in, and you're forced to actually get into the game.  The next day, it found its way back to Gameworks, and tonight I got to nod in agreement as Yahtzee gave his opinion on the subject...

Recent Release: Priest

Went out and saw Priest this weekend and thought it fairly decent as vampire movies go.  Here's a clip if some of you have seen the TV spots and are wondering if it's truly worth seeing.  I recommend a matinée to be honest, and definitely in 2D because many of the scenes are pretty dark in the first place.  Watching through 3D glasses would make it even harder to determine details.
